How It Works
It's all very simple. You send us the data, we manage everything else and send you the results.
Data is sent to us in the following 2 ways:

Paper charts are either sent to us in the post, or scanned at your depots.

Digital tachograph data from driver cards and vehicle units is sent by our downloader software, which we supply to you free of charge.

There are some things you will need:

If you want to scan paper charts to smartanalysis, you will need a scanner. You can buy scanners in our online store here.

If you have vehicles fitted with digital tachographs, you will need a smartcard reader for each location. You can purchase these from us here.

For downloading digital data direct from your vehicles you will also need a Vehicle Unit (VU) download device, which you will find here.

You will need a PC with broadband Internet access in each location where you will send data. Our software will also work with many 'thin-client' and Windows Terminal devices, providing they have USB ports.
We will supply you with all the software you need to use these devices. All our software is supplied to you free of charge, except for the software for scanning charts - we do make a modest charge per depot for this. Please contact us for further details.
