smartanalysis®
What It Costs
There are no upfront costs to use the smartanalysis® service, and the Smartanalysis downloader software is completely free of charge to install and use. Smartanalysis is a pay-per-use service - we will only charge you for the data you send to us, and not a penny more.
Our charges for the Digital Tachograph are from 25 pence per driver daily record. Vehicle Unit data uploads are free-of-charge.
The charges for Paper Tachographs are dependent on the size of your fleet, and therefore the number of charts that you send (or scan) for analysis. Please call us on 01249 463355 to discuss.
We believe that our charges are the best value for money available - you only pay for what you use. Most other companies charge on a 'per-driver-per-week' basis penalising you for drivers that work a short week such as agency drivers. Other providers also make additional charges for sending Vehicle Unit data - with Smartanalysis this is free.
